Claims Checklist:

#1: Assess the damage. If the area is safe, take steps to secure the remaining property. Your insurance policy will generally pay the costs of temporary storage and other reasonable costs in order to reduce the chances of greater loss. Our 24 hour support will advise you with more details. This page contains our emergency contact numbers.

#2 Report. In case of a fire, accident or theft, once the situation is under control, immediately  submit a claim below or call us without delay. If your claim involved a crime, we will need you to file a police report. Send us the case #, list of witnesses, and details of the event including all lost or damaged property covered under your policy.

#3: Settlement. Insurance is designed to protect your right to a proper defence and settlement. Don’t let anyone coerce you into paying fees or admitting guilt before talking to a licensed insurance broker.
